A shocking daytime shooting in a residential area of Beed city on Tuesday claimed the life of a young municipal worker, sending waves of panic through the local community. The victim, identified as Harshad Shinde, a daily wage worker in his late 20s, was engaged in digging work for the Beed Municipal Council when he was gunned down.
Eyewitnesses Describe Sudden Attack
According to accounts from fellow workers and other eyewitnesses at the scene, a sudden gunshot rang out at the worksite in the Ankush Nagar area. Shinde collapsed immediately after sustaining grievous gunshot injuries. Despite the commotion and swift response, he was pronounced dead on the spot.
