While awaiting their turn for the remote hearing, the trio reportedly initiated a quarrel with another remand prisoner, Praveen Kumar, due to pre-existing enmity between them.
What began as a verbal spat quickly escalated into a physical confrontation, with the three prisoners launching an attack on Praveen Kumar. As the situation intensified, a prison guard on duty intervened in an attempt to break up the fight and restore order.
