A horrific crime has shaken the community of Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh, where a five-year-old girl was brutally assaulted and killed. The incident, which occurred on Friday evening, involved her abduction from outside her house, sexual assault, and an attempt to disguise the murder as an accident by throwing her from a height.

According to police officials, the young victim was playing outside her home when she was allegedly taken by two men, both in their late twenties. The accused, identified as factory labourers, were reportedly drinking together at the time. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bulandshahr, Dinesh Kumar Singh, stated that the autopsy report confirmed sexual assault and that the cause of death was strangulation, compounded by multiple injuries across the child's body.
A senior officer involved in the investigation revealed chilling details of the accused's confession. The two men were partying when one suggested that they could "pick any one" of the young girls in their locality "for fun." Acting on this depraved plan, they stepped out, saw the vulnerable child, and abducted her.
Failed Cover-Up and Swift Arrests
After committing the crime, the perpetrators tried to mislead authorities and the public. In a cold-blooded move, they threw the girl from the third floor of their building to make her death appear accidental. However, their plan began to unravel quickly.
A friend of the girl's father had seen her with the two men just moments before the tragedy. Later, the child's mother discovered her daughter's slippers inside the rented room occupied by the accused. When she confronted them, both men fled the scene.
