A tragic road accident in Nagpur claimed the life of a young man in the early hours of Thursday. The victim, a 30-year-old resident, succumbed to injuries sustained after losing control of his two-wheeler.

Details of the Fatal Crash

The incident occurred within the limits of the Sadar Police Station. Nagsen Bamborde, who lived on Nari Road, was riding the vehicle with his friend, Abhilash Borkar. According to preliminary reports, Bamborde lost control of the two-wheeler near the Pagalkhana Square flyover, leading to both men falling from the vehicle.

Following the crash, both individuals were quickly taken to a private hospital for urgent medical attention. Due to the critical nature of his injuries, Nagsen Bamborde was later shifted to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). Despite efforts to save him, doctors at GMCH declared him dead.

Police Action and Investigation

Upon receiving the medical report, officials from the Sadar Police registered a case of accidental death. The investigation is currently focused on determining the exact cause that led to the loss of control of the vehicle. In a silver lining amidst the tragedy, the pillion rider, Abhilash Borkar, is reported to be out of danger and is recovering from the injuries he sustained in the same accident.
