Kanpur PM Vishwakarma Yojana Trade Fair Concludes with Focus on Digital Expansion

The two-day Exhibition and Trade Fair-2026, dedicated to beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana, successfully concluded on Friday in Kanpur. Organized by the MSME-Development Office, Kanpur, under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, the event was held at the office premises, showcasing the potential of traditional artisans.

Call for Market Connectivity and Digital Adoption

Balram Narula, Managing Director of Jet Knitwears Pvt Ltd in Kanpur, served as the chief guest for the closing session. He urged beneficiaries to connect their products with broader markets and embrace digital transactions as part of the ongoing Digital India campaign. Narula highlighted that the products crafted by traditional artisans possess significant potential, which can be leveraged through modern marketing strategies and technology to reach both domestic and international audiences.
