Such scheduled activities are crucial for ensuring the long-term reliability and safety of the electrical infrastructure. They help prevent unexpected major faults and improve overall power supply stability in the future.

While the power cuts will cause temporary inconvenience, authorities urge citizens to cooperate. Residents are advised to charge essential devices like mobile phones and inverters in advance. It is also recommended to switch off electrical appliances at the mains to avoid damage from potential voltage fluctuations when power is restored.

The corporation typically undertakes these maintenance exercises during daylight hours to minimize disruption and complete the work efficiently. Citizens can stay updated on any changes to the schedule through official KPTCL channels.
