Despite repeated warnings and counselling sessions conducted by the city presidents of both the BJP and the Shiv Sena, reports confirm that such rebellious activities have persisted. Shiv Sena's Kalyan West city president, Ravi Patil, confirmed the developments to the media. He stated that over 40 office-bearers and workers from both the Shiv Sena and the BJP were found to be working against their respective party candidates. Patil added that the city presidents of both parties have informed their top leaders, and a final decision on the action is expected soon.
