Bengaluru NGO Seeks Volunteers for Nature Hikes

A Bengaluru-based non-profit organisation, Inclusive Trek, has put out a call for volunteers to support its ongoing series of nature hikes. This initiative aims to bring people closer to the natural environment through organised outdoor excursions.

Expanding Reach Through Community Participation

The drive for new volunteers comes as the current edition of hikes is actively underway. The programme began in November 2025 and is scheduled to continue until early January next year, offering multiple opportunities for community engagement. The need for volunteers is driven by the programme's growing popularity and success.

A Track Record of Success

Inclusive Trek's previous efforts have demonstrated a significant public appetite for such activities. Last year, the NGO organised eight separate hikes, which proved to be consistently well-attended. Each of these excursions attracted an average of 30 participants, highlighting a strong and consistent interest among Bengaluru residents in exploring nature.

The call for volunteers is a crucial part of sustaining this momentum. By bringing more people on board, Inclusive Trek can ensure these hikes remain well-managed, safe, and accessible, further strengthening its mission of promoting inclusivity in outdoor adventures.
