There comes a moment in life when you are doing everything with true honesty, heartfelt dedication and a focused mind. But still, things never turn out the way you imagined. From workplace presentations to romantic relationships, it is like suddenly everything is exploding and you can do nothing but deal with the ashes of it all. At times you label it as a 'bad day' and sweep it under the carpet; during others, you sob and rant and exclaim for things to finally work smoothly. But while you might be blaming it all on fate, it could actually be a sign from the gods or the universe to change your direction in life.
1. Intensified Spiritual Hunger
While one may not worship daily, during times of distress, it becomes routine. But when you are being moved towards a larger change, you instinctively turn towards a source of strength. You pray more, meditate for longer, read spiritual books and begin believing in a higher power. It is like you are being aligned spiritually before being elevated materially. Your spirit knows before your mind follows through.
2. Loss of Definition
Over the course of one's life, their personalities and environments change multiple times. At a particular moment, it is typically our friends, habits and environments that define the you of that time. It is your present personality, mood and chosen pathway in life. However, when you are off to a big universe-ordered change, you begin losing things. Friends, habits, and opportunities that you define and align with all seem to suddenly be backing out and functioning no more. This is not punishment, but rather a change that you should have made and now is in the hands of the universe. Everything that will weigh you down in your superior path is removed so that you can shed the old skin and welcome the new you. Your spirit is preparing to occupy a bigger space, and the current one is becoming too small.
3. No Room for Growth
The third sign that the universe or god might be moving you into a new direction is that you are outgrowing the place you are in. No matter how hard you try in a situation, things do not work out. It could be a presentation that you made with all your heart and yet it failed; it could be a house you wanted to buy but just could not. You feel stuck and feel like you are being pushed to change where you are and what you are doing.
4. Fiery Trials
Nothing quite shakes the base of your life like fiery trials. Losing a job, a loved one receiving a life-threatening diagnosis or feeling completely isolated. You cannot help but wonder 'Where is god in all of this?' and if the universe is for some reason working against you. However, it is important to remember that before success, trials and tribulations are vital to test your strengths. One may wish to fast-forward through the sufferings and reach the point of glory, but the path of pain has to be traversed.
5. Peaceful Isolation
Less noise, less validation and less crowd. You consciously find yourself alone while making a decision or wondering about life. At times, the universe isolates you to train you without distraction. You may sit finding answers for hours, but they have to come from you and not to you. Analyse all your aims and goals and their pros and cons to decide the next big step.
