Opposition leader V D Satheesan will inaugurate the closing ceremony, while Revenue Minister K Rajan will preside over the function.

Mohanlal to Serve as Chief Guest

Renowned actor Mohanlal will be the chief guest at the valedictory function. General Education Minister V Sivankutty and Mohanlal will jointly present the gold cup to the district securing the highest overall points.
