Nagpur Railway Worker Dies by Suicide After Video Call to Girlfriend

A tragic incident has been reported from Nagpur, where a young housekeeping worker allegedly died by suicide after a video call to his girlfriend. The deceased has been identified as Ayush Waman, a resident of Danaganj, who was employed at the Nagpur railway station.

Relationship Troubles Preceded the Incident

According to police officials, Ayush had been in a relationship with a young woman. However, the couple had been involved in frequent arguments over the past few days. On Monday morning, Ayush made a video call to his girlfriend and allegedly threatened to end his life. Despite the woman's attempts to stop him, he allegedly hanged himself.

Police Investigation Underway

Officials from Lakadganj police station reached the spot and sent the body for autopsy. During the investigation, police found that the deceased had deleted his chat history before taking the extreme step. The mobile phone has been sent for forensic examination to retrieve any possible evidence.
