Event Marks Hospital Anniversaries
Radhakrishnan addressed a special event. It marked the Golden Jubilee of Sri Ramakrishna Hospital. The event also celebrated the Silver Jubilee of Sri Ramakrishna Dental College and Hospital. The gathering took place at the Codissia Trade Fair Complex in Coimbatore.
Focus on Public Wellbeing
The Vice-President discussed healthcare schemes. He noted efforts by both the state government and the Centre. These schemes aim to ensure public wellbeing. Radhakrishnan stressed a key point. For success, perfect coordination among all stakeholders is essential. Everyone must work together effectively.
Honoring Achievements and Inaugurations
During the event, Radhakrishnan unveiled commemorative logos. These logos were for Sri Ramakrishna Hospital and the Dental College. He also presented awards to outstanding doctors and staff members. These individuals showed exemplary performance in healthcare.
Dr R Sundar presided over the event. He serves as the managing trustee of SNR Sons Charitable Trust. Other participants included joint managing trustee S Narendran. Trustees V Ramakrishna and D Lakshminarayanaswamy also attended.
New Medical Facilities Inaugurated
Earlier that day, the Vice-President inaugurated new facilities. He opened the KMCH Institute of Neuro Sciences. A new OPD block and the KMCH Medical College Post Graduate Institute were also launched.
Dr Nalla G Palaniswami presided over this ceremony. He is the chairman and managing director of KMCH. The event included KMCH vice-president Dr Thavamani D Palaniswami. KMCH executive director Dr Arun Palaniswami was also present.
These inaugurations mark significant growth for Coimbatore's medical infrastructure. They promise enhanced healthcare services for the region.
