A tragic incident occurred in Bhopal's Berasia locality on Thursday evening, where a 15-year-old boy allegedly died by suicide. The deceased has been identified as Aman Sharma, son of Anil Sharma, a resident of Bairagarh village in Berasia. Aman was a Class 7 student at a boarding school in Ratibad and is survived by two younger sisters. His father serves as a priest at a local temple.

Incident Details

According to Berasia Station House Officer (SHO) Virendra Sen, around 7 pm on Thursday, Aman went to the terrace of his house and hanged himself in the bathroom. When his mother noticed his absence, she began searching and eventually found him hanging. The police were immediately informed and reached the spot to register a case. No suicide note was recovered, leaving the exact reason for his extreme step unknown.

SHO Sen stated that during the investigation, family members described Aman as stubborn in nature. It is suspected that he became upset after being scolded by a family member, which may have led him to take this drastic action.
