Shehbaz Badesha on 'Behen Ki Kamaai' Tag: 'Will Keep Taking Shehnaaz's Money'
Shehbaz Badesha: 'Will Keep Taking Shehnaaz's Money'

Shehbaz Badesha, the brother of popular actress Shehnaaz Gill, faced eviction from the Bigg Boss 19 house just one week before the grand finale. Despite his exit, the wild card entrant, known as the house's entertainer, feels victorious for his journey and the connections he forged.

On Eviction and Unwavering Support for Amaal Mallik

In an exclusive conversation following his eviction on December 2, 2025, Shehbaz expressed no sadness. "The journey was great. I have made so many happy memories," he stated, overwhelmed by the public support he received. His most notable alliance in the house was with music composer Amaal Mallik.

Addressing labels of being Amaal's 'sidekick', Shehbaz dismissed the criticism. "I don't mind... he is like a brother to me," he affirmed, pledging that their friendship would endure beyond the show. He firmly backed Amaal for the winner's trophy, stating, "I don't think others deserve it more than him."

Embracing the 'Behen Ki Kamaai' Label

A significant and recurring theme for Shehbaz has been public commentary on his financial dependence on his famous sister, Shehnaaz Gill. He had previously opened up in the house about facing taunts of being 'behen ki kamayi pe palta hu' (one who survives on sister's earnings).

When asked if his newfound fame from Bigg Boss 19 changes his view on this tag, Shehbaz delivered a candid and unfiltered response. "As far as this 'behen ki kamaai par palnewala' tag is concerned, main Shehnaaz ki kamai khaate rahunga, tension nahi hai (I will continue to take money from Shehnaaz; there is no stress there)," he declared. He emphasized his unwavering bond with his sister, even joking about following her instructions blindly.

Blunt Verdict on Co-Contestants and Legacy

Shehbaz did not hold back while sharing his opinions on fellow contestants. He branded Tanya Mittal as the "biggest liar" and a "very fake player," asserting that his opinion would never change. In contrast, he described Gaurav Khanna as "real" and praised Pranit More for being "honest and genuine."

He also addressed accusations of using his sister Shehnaaz Gill and the late Sidharth Shukla's name for vote appeal. "Why didn't they object when I kept taking their name for so many years? Was I asking for votes back then?" he countered, defending the authenticity of his relationships.

Despite the eviction, Shehbaz Badesha exits the Bigg Boss stage having firmly addressed the narratives around him, standing by his friendships, and unapologetically owning his personal truths.
