Rinku Dhawan on 2026 goals, success mantra & daily routine

As 2026 unfolds with fresh energy, popular television actress Rinku Dhawan, currently captivating audiences in Rajan Shahi's hit show Anupamaa, steps into the new year with a heart full of gratitude and a clear vision. In a recent conversation, she opened up about her professional expectations, personal philosophy, and the disciplined routine that keeps her grounded in the unpredictable world of entertainment.

Embracing Slow Growth and the Complete Package of Success

Discussing her aspirations for the year ahead, Rinku Dhawan expressed a mature perspective on career progression. "The expectation is to be brilliant, and I am happy with the work I am doing," she stated. She emphasized the value of patience, noting that even slow-paced progress is significant. "Every progress requires time, and then only it's a success; slow growth is always long-term," the actress explained.

Her primary goal is to consistently give her best without regrets. "My goal is to continue to show up and put my best foot forward," she said, highlighting her desire to sleep peacefully at night, free from thoughts of what she could have done better. "My mantra is to be peaceful and keep surrendering."

When it comes to the fruits of the entertainment industry—success, name, fame, and money—Rinku views them as an inseparable bundle. "For me, I think it’s a complete package deal. When you get success, you get a name, you get fame, and money definitely follows," she remarked. She believes all elements are equally crucial, especially the feeling of being appreciated for one's work and growth.

Discipline and Time Management: Keys to Balancing a Chaotic Industry

The acting profession is notorious for its erratic schedules, often forcing health and personal life to take a backseat. For Rinku Dhawan, however, the solution lies in meticulous planning and self-discipline. She revealed a highly structured daily routine that begins at 5:30 in the morning.

"My day starts at 5:30 in the morning by doing my yoga from 6 to 7, then heading back home, getting dressed, doing my pooja and everything, having my breakfast, and leaving for work, reporting at work at 9 a.m.," she shared. She attributes her ability to manage this to effective time management and a strong sense of duty. "I guess it is time management at the end of it. And you have to do what you have to do, so you must have discipline."

Advice: Passion as the Ultimate Driving Force

Reflecting on her journey, Rinku shared the advice she would give her younger self: to prioritize happiness and inner peace. "You need peace on an honest basis. I will be giving myself love," she said.

Extending this wisdom to others, she stressed that passion is the non-negotiable foundation for any career. "The best advice I can give to anybody in any career they follow is to do it because you love it," Rinku advised. She believes that genuine love and passion for one's work ensure that everything else falls into place, as sincerity and honesty towards one's craft naturally lead to excellence.

"I can say that I am crazy about what I do. I love acting. I cannot think of doing anything else. I feel I was born to do this," she confessed with palpable enthusiasm. She concluded by reiterating her core message: "So yes, just be passionate and love what you are doing."

In a final note, Rinku Dhawan also touched upon the unexpected audience response to her past role, mentioning, "I played a negative role in Udaariyaan & yet received immense love," a testament to her talent and connection with viewers.
