"His professionalism really stands out," she noted, adding that despite playing siblings on screen, their off-screen bond is equally warm and genuine. "It never feels like working with a co-actor; he truly feels like a brother to me," Priya shared, highlighting the depth of their connection.

The actress revealed that they share many common interests and hobbies, which have helped strengthen their bond. These include:

  • Music and poetry
  • Food and culinary explorations
  • Working on their acting craft
  • Discussing scripts and character development

Priya also mentioned that they often have fun playing with Sheizaan's pet dog, Tipsy, adding a light-hearted element to their interactions. When asked about memorable moments from the sets, she couldn't pick just one, describing a constant atmosphere of teasing and enjoyment.

Hilarious On-Set Anecdotes

One particularly funny incident involved a scene where their mother was scolding Sheizaan's character, Sidhu. Priya recounted, "I was trying to stay serious, but seeing him made us both burst out laughing. Sheizaan couldn’t stop laughing either, and the director kept saying, 'Madhu, give him the look!' But every time I looked at him, we would crack up again." The situation escalated during his close-up, where he had to pretend to cough and step outside to control his laughter before returning to finish the scene. "As soon as the take was over, he ran after me jokingly shouting, 'Madhu, wait! You're not getting away from me!'" she added, illustrating their playful dynamic.

Sheizaan Khan: A Treasure Trove of Talent

Priya was all praise for Sheizaan's acting skills, calling him a wonderful human being and an excellent actor and dancer. She highlighted his versatility, noting how he adapts his performance for different scenarios. "For example, when he played a drunk character as Sidhu for the first time, he performed it so gracefully and beautifully that everyone was amazed," she said. She also mentioned his ability to transform in romantic scenes, action sequences, and other roles, such as pretending to be a driver in a recent plotline. "Sheizaan Khan, guno ki khaan (a treasure trove of qualities). Many times, his performance amazes me. 'How does he even think of this?' He’s such a brilliant actor, and I learn so much from him," Priya expressed with admiration.

Learning and Growth Through Collaboration

Priya confessed that she has learned a lot from Sheizaan, both in terms of language and acting techniques. Coming from a Punjabi background, she sometimes carries a Punjabi touch in her Hindi, and Sheizaan helps her polish that. "He guides me on how to pronounce certain words and make small adjustments in my acting. If I ever struggle to understand a scene or am unsure about what I should feel or what emotion to portray, he’s the first person I go to, and he always helps me completely," she explained. His dedication to his craft has been inspiring, with Priya noting that working with him has enhanced her attention to detail, making her portrayal of Madhu more powerful and interesting.

Mutual Appreciation and Motivation

Sheizaan also frequently compliments Priya on her work, which she finds motivating. "In our brother–sister scenes, whether emotional, playful, or when avoiding our mother, he always tells me that the scene turned out really well and that it looked so natural. It doesn’t even feel like we’re acting; it feels like real brother–sister fun is happening on screen," she shared. These moments of appreciation are very close to her heart, driving her to continue learning and doing her best work. "Thinking about these memorable scenes and the compliments I’ve received makes me so happy and motivates me," Priya concluded, reflecting on the positive impact of their collaboration.
