In an exclusive conversation, debutant director Adhvaith Nayar explained the critical importance of the title song. He stated that the team wanted the very first piece of music from the film to instantly convey its core essence. "We wanted the first track to immediately communicate the fun, action-packed spirit of Chatha Pacha," Nayar revealed.
He further emphasized that the song was strategically designed to act as a precursor to the cinematic experience. "It was designed to tell the audience what kind of ride they can expect from the movie right from the start," the director added, highlighting its role in building anticipation.
Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy Ignite the Project
Adhvaith Nayar did not hold back his praise for the legendary composers. He expressed immense gratitude towards the production house, Reel World Entertainment, for facilitating this collaboration. "Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy have brought incredible energy to the song... It’s an honour to collaborate with them on their first Malayalam project and my debut film," he said.
The music maestros themselves shared their enthusiasm about foraying into Malayalam cinema. In a joint statement, Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy expressed, "Malayalam is such a beautiful language, and we truly enjoyed composing, singing, and producing music for this film." They described the creative process as immensely enjoyable, noting, "We’ve experimented with different genres and tried to bring a little bit of everything into the songs. It’s been a blast, literally."
