Shambhala Hindi Release on Jan 9: Aadi Saikumar's Mythological Thriller Expands Reach
Shambhala Hindi Dubbed Version to Hit Theatres on Jan 9

The Telugu mythological thriller Shambhala, featuring actor Aadi Saikumar, is preparing for a nationwide theatrical release in Hindi. Following a warm reception from Telugu-speaking audiences, the film's creators have now set its Hindi premiere for 9 January 2026.

Trailer Launch and National Expansion

The official Hindi-dubbed trailer was recently unveiled on social media platform X by none other than acclaimed actor-director Rishab Shetty. Sharing the trailer link, Shetty extended his best wishes to the lead actor Aadi Saikumar, co-star Archana Iyer, and the entire team behind the film.

This strategic move to dub and release the film in Hindi signifies the makers' ambition to present the story to a pan-Indian audience. The theatrical release will ensure the film reaches cinema halls across the country.

Plot: A Clash Between Science and Superstition

Directed by Ugandhar Muni, Shambhala is positioned as a gripping mythology thriller. The narrative is centred on a mysterious village that witnessed a meteor crash in the 1980s. Post this event, the village, steeped in history and folklore, becomes the site of a series of unsettling and tragic incidents.

Enter Vikram, played by Aadi Saikumar, a rationalist scientist sent to investigate the phenomena. As villagers grapple with panic and superstition—exhibiting bizarre behaviour, self-harm, and even suicide—Vikram remains sceptical of supernatural explanations. His mission is to unearth a scientific reason behind the chaos.

The core of the film's suspense lies in the secret uncovered during Vikram's probe into the meteor. The story promises to unravel the hidden history of Shambhala, the lore behind its deity, and the truth behind the mysterious deaths, ultimately portraying the timeless conflict between empirical science and deep-rooted faith.
