Panchkula Club Clash: 7 Arrested After Violent Confrontation

A late-night clash and vandalism were reported at a club in Sector 5, Panchkula, after a group of youths and bouncers allegedly engaged in a violent confrontation on the intervening night of May 24 and 25. According to police, two vehicles were damaged by bouncers, while the other group allegedly vandalized property inside the club premises.

Dispute Over Entry Escalates

The dispute reportedly began over entry restrictions. A group led by Narayan Dutt, also known as Nitin, reached the venue but was denied entry due to heavy rush, leading to an argument that quickly turned into a heated confrontation. During the altercation, both sides allegedly indulged in vandalism, causing damage to vehicles and property.

Police Action and Arrests

Acting on a complaint, Sector 5 police registered a case and initiated action against both parties. Seven individuals have been arrested, including four from Pinjore and three from Mohali. Police stated that strict action will be taken against those involved in violence and damage to property in public places.
