As per a report by Gulte, the makers are leaning towards the title 'Carpenter' for the film. The project is described as a mass action drama with multiple commercial elements. The title is believed to have strong pan-India appeal and recall value, catering to Balakrishna's star power. The report also suggests that the title has been registered.
The pooja ceremony, marking the official beginning of the project, is expected to take place on May 21, though an official announcement is pending.
Music and Cast
The film's music will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander, known for his high-octane and energetic beats. Earlier reports indicated that Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is in talks to play the leading lady. The makers are currently engaged in pre-production and are expected to begin shooting soon.

On the work front, Balakrishna was last seen in 'Akhanda 2: Thaandavam' and is also working on 'NBK111' with director Gopichandh Malineni. Koratala Siva's last directorial was 'Devara' starring Jr NTR, which received mixed responses and underperformed at the box office.
