The popular college hockey romance series 'Off Campus' is gearing up for its second season, following the conclusion of its first season which centered on the love story of Hannah Wells and Garrett Graham. Based on Elle Kennedy's bestselling book series, Season 2 will shift its focus to Dean Di Laurentis and Allie Hayes. Filming is anticipated to commence in June 2026, with early indications pointing to a return to familiar locations from Season 1 as the narrative expands around Dean and Allie's relationship.
'Off Campus' Season 2 Filming Locations
According to a report from Hindustan Times, citing Forbes via Hollywood Life, 'Off Campus' Season 2 is expected to film from June 1 to September 18, 2026. If production remains on schedule, the new season could premiere around April or May 2027.
The producers have not yet confirmed the exact filming locations. However, Season 1 was shot in Vancouver, so the show may return there for continuity. The story is set around Boston, but Canada served as a stand-in for key locations in the first season.
The University of British Columbia in Vancouver doubled as Briar University. The Sigma Phi Delta house also functioned as the fraternity space for Briar U hockey players. If Season 2 includes more campus scenes, these locations could reappear.
Dean's New York City apartment might also play a larger role this season. In Season 1, those scenes were filmed at the Douglas, Autograph Collection Hotel.
Dean and Allie Lead 'Off Campus' Season 2
Season 2 will focus on Dean and Allie, portrayed by Stephen Kalyn and Mika Abdalla. Prime Video confirmed the new pairing on social media, stating, "From Garrett & Hannah to Dean & Allie — the Off Campus love story continues in Season 2."
Showrunner Louisa Levy also confirmed this direction in a statement. "We are so excited to continue Allie and Dean's story as our primary romance of season 2 after kickstarting their romance in season 1. But if you fell in love with Hannah and Garrett, don't worry, they will still be an integral part of our robust ensemble. We're looking forward to telling the next chapter of everyone's story. There's a lot for fans to look forward to."
Levy explained that the show will maintain its romance structure. "We will always have a happily ever after of some kind, and then we'll also have another love story that's left hanging. I want audiences to know what they're tuning in for the following season. I want them to know who they're showing up for and why, and what story needs to get resolved."
Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli will reprise their roles as Hannah and Garrett. Jalen Thomas Brooks, Julia Sarah Stone, and likely Khobe Clarke are also expected to return. New cast members include India Fowler as Grace Ivers, Antonio Ciprian, and 'Hamilton' star Phillipa Soo. Josh Heuston will not return for Season 2, though Justin Kohl's return has not been fully ruled out.
