Kate Middleton Unhappy with Meghan and Harry's Staff Treatment

Famed journalist Russell Myers is set to release a new book titled 'William and Catherine: The Intimate Inside Story', which delves into the lives of the royal couple and their family. In the lead-up to its release, Myers shared insights about a section of the book that examines the relationship between Kate Middleton, Prince William, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Kate Middleton's Displeasure with Staff Treatment

According to excerpts reported by HELLO!, the book reveals that Kate Middleton was unhappy with how Meghan Markle and Prince Harry treated palace staff. Myers noted, 'At first she had thought William and Harry's squabbles were rooted in immaturity or stubbornness, on both sides, but Harry and Meghan's attitude towards palace staff, who she and William cared about, set the couples on an entirely different course.'

The book indicates that Middleton and Prince William aimed to foster a supportive environment for their staff, but Markle's behavior raised concerns. Myers added that while Middleton viewed the interactions between William and Harry as 'immature', the issue ran deeper. Another statement in the book reads, 'She believed William and Harry's fundamental differences as the 'heir and the spare' had created the inevitability of Harry wanting more from his role than being a bit-part player.'

Previous Allegations About Meghan Markle

This is not the first time concerns about Meghan Markle's treatment of staff have surfaced. In 2021, The Times reported that a complaint was filed against the Duchess of Sussex by her former communications secretary, Jason Knauf, alleging bullying behavior. The complaint claimed that Markle bullied two personal assistants, who subsequently left, along with another employee. An investigation was launched, but Markle has consistently denied the allegations.

When Did Kate Middleton Stop Trying to Connect?

According to Fox News Digital, the 'final straw' occurred after King Charles III's cancer diagnosis. Royal expert Christopher Andersen explained that Prince Harry's statement regarding his father's health marked a turning point. Andersen said, 'Kate pretty much felt that would be it. She wasn't going to try anymore. So, she has not. As a result, there has been no chance of any kind of... As a matter of fact, I don't think we'll ever see them make amends. At least it's not on the horizon now.'

The book promises to offer an intimate look into the dynamics of the royal family, shedding light on the deepening rift between the couples.
