Lorna Hajdini, an executive director at JPMorgan Chase's Leveraged Finance division, has become the subject of a lawsuit filed by a former junior male colleague, identified as John Doe. The lawsuit, filed in the New York County Supreme Court on April 27, accuses Hajdini of sexual abuse, racial harassment, and professional coercion.
Details of the Lawsuit
The lawsuit, filed by former employee Chirayu Rana under the pseudonym John Doe, alleges that Hajdini drugged him with Rohypnol and Viagra and threatened to reduce his bonus if he did not comply, effectively turning him into what he described as a sex slave. According to the Daily Mail, in one instance, she dropped her pen on the floor next to Doe's desk. While bending to pick it up, she rubbed his leg and squeezed his calf before making an objectionable statement. Other instances include her visiting his home and forcing him into sexual acts.
In May 2025, Doe filed a written complaint to JPMorgan, detailing the racial and gender-based discrimination and harassment against him. However, the bank denied his claims, stating that an investigation found no evidence to support the allegations. A JPMorgan spokesperson said, 'Following an investigation, we don't believe there's any merit to these claims. While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations.'

She also attended the Private Equity and Venture Capital program at Harvard Business School Executive Education. The 37-year-old currently serves as Executive Director for the Leveraged Finance division and has been with the company for nearly 15 years. Before JPMorgan, she interned at the office of the medical director, then at Glazer Capital Management and Tudor Investment Corporation.
Is Lorna Hajdini Married?

The probe included a review of team phone records and emails. No trial date has been announced in the case so far.
