Consequently, he revealed that he had to go to a nearby hospital for treatment. In the video, he mentioned, "So, I went to the hospital last night in Charlotte, North Carolina. Shout out to that whole hospital. They literally got me on my feet for the show. I was puffy-faced." He also joked that the doctors had to administer "a bunch of steroids" for his treatment to work. For context, Jelly Roll is currently accompanying fellow rapper Post Malone on his latest tour.

In the same video, he also claimed that he had to miss a portion of the show recently due to his condition. Following this, Post Malone was a great help, buying Jelly Roll a bouquet and wishing him well on his recovery. Appreciating the rapper, he added, "I love you, Post, when I say on stage every night that Post Malone is the nicest human in the world. I'm not making that up.
