Father-in-law's Recovery
Dipika began by thanking her fans for their support during a difficult period. She revealed that her father-in-law, who was hospitalized, is improving daily. "The past few days have been very challenging since my father-in-law was hospitalized. I am also undergoing treatment, and my immunotherapy has started. Thank you all for your love and prayers. The good news is that he is getting better each day," she said.
Health Update on Immunotherapy
The actress shared details about her treatment under Dr. Seventi Limaye at HN Reliance Hospital. She recently underwent a session of double immunotherapy and will continue with IV treatments. So far, she has not experienced major side effects, only mild tiredness and weakness. "When strong medicines enter your body, you may feel a little tired for a day or two," she explained.
Side Effects and Monitoring
Dipika mentioned that some patients may develop a mild fever or other minor symptoms. In her case, she had back pain and a slight fever, which led to tests to rule out a viral infection. All reports came back normal, confirming it was not a serious side effect. She will continue immunotherapy with regular blood tests, tumor marker tests, and scans.
Shoaib's Struggles
The actress expressed concern for her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, who is managing both her treatment and his father's hospitalization. "Shoaib is going through the toughest phase.
