Akshay Kumar's horror comedy 'Bhooth Bangla' has successfully ended the reign of Ranveer Singh's 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge' at the box office. The film, directed by Priyadarshan, has won over audiences by evoking a strong sense of nostalgia. Now in its third week, 'Bhooth Bangla' continues to draw audiences, albeit with lower but steady numbers. The arrival of new releases in theaters has contributed to its stagnant yet resilient box office performance.

The Priyadarshan directorial earned Rs 84.40 crore in its first week. Its second-week collection stood at Rs 43.75 crore. On Day 21, the film minted Rs 1.75 crore across 4,923 shows, according to Sacnilk. With this, the third-week total reached Rs 21.85 crore. The overall India net collection now stands at Rs 150 crore, while the total India gross is Rs 177.98 crore.
