Tanvi Kolte Crowned Winner of Bigg Boss Marathi 6 After Epic 100-Day Battle
After a grueling 100 days filled with intense struggle, strategic planning, emotional highs, and dramatic tasks, Bigg Boss Marathi 6 has finally crowned its champion: Tanvi Kolte. In an exclusive and revealing conversation with ETimes, the victorious contestant opened up about her transformative journey inside the iconic house, the pivotal moments that reshaped her game, and her heartfelt reflections on this monumental achievement.
A Magical and Transformative Journey to Victory
When asked about her immediate feelings after winning, Tanvi expressed overwhelming joy and disbelief. "I feel really good after winning. I’m not just saying this—I genuinely feel really good. I can’t express it. Day 1 is over, and now I have won," she shared. Reflecting on her entire experience, she described it as "a magical journey" that spanned 100 days, culminating in her sitting as the winner—a moment that holds profound significance for her.
The Turning Point: From 'Tantta Queen' to Strategic Player
Tanvi revealed that a critical turning point occurred in the very first week of the show. She was being portrayed as a "Tantta queen" on national television, which deeply affected her. "It hit me directly. I asked myself, 'Are you going to play like this?'" she recalled. Realizing that feedback from co-contestant Ritesh bhau reflected public perception, she decided she never wanted to be seen in a negative light.
This realization was compounded by her sense of responsibility as a public figure. "I also thought about the responsibility of being on national television, and kids watch us. If we are sending a message, it should be a good one," Tanvi explained. She firmly declared, "That’s when I realized I didn’t come here to be this 'Tantta Queen.'" That week, she promised Bhau that the audience would see a changed version of her, and she committed to correcting her mistakes.
From that moment on, Tanvi actively worked on self-improvement:
- She listened to constructive criticism and avoided repeating errors.
- She steered clear of unnecessary conflicts and modified her reactions.
- She paid close attention during 'Bhau Cha dhakka' segments and learned from others' mistakes as well.
This strategic shift not only refined her gameplay but also endeared her to viewers, paving her path to victory.
Memorable Moments and Emotional Challenges
When asked about the best moment in the house, Tanvi highlighted winning the ticket to the finale as a standout achievement, one she hadn't anticipated. However, not all moments were celebratory. During the final blindfold task, she faced significant fear due to her claustrophobia and fear of darkness. "I was petrified; I became even more afraid. I was sure that if the dancers left my hand, I would open the blindfold," she admitted.
This task was particularly tense as it involved the final four strong contenders: Vishal Kotian, Anushri Mane, Raqesh Bapat, and herself. "If people chose me among them, it meant I had achieved something," she reflected, describing it as a mix of intense emotions.
Relationships and Dynamics Inside the House
Tanvi shared that she enjoyed her time with the Kaata gang the most, crediting them with making her Bigg Boss journey smoother. Her relationship with fellow contestant Rakhi was particularly complex. "Rakhi is on another level. Our tasks were on one side, and Rakhi’s presence was on another," she noted, adding that those who played well with Rakhi benefited.
Despite having a fierce fight with Rakhi initially, Tanvi later saw her kinder, more emotional side. "I realized that she has a kind heart, and also somewhere she has a child in her. Later, I also saw her emotional side and felt she was genuinely a good person," she said, highlighting the personal growth and understanding that developed over time.
Looking Ahead: Responsibility and Future Aspirations
With the trophy in hand, Tanvi views her win as a significant responsibility. "People have given me so much love, and I won’t let it go in vain. The audience has made Tanvi Kolte a brand, and I want it to grow and sustain it," she asserted. She is determined to continue earning public trust and achieving more in her career.
Regarding future projects, Tanvi is open to all opportunities. "I will do everything I can. I won’t give up on any opportunity, big or small. I’ll keep working hard and give my best in whatever comes my way," she stated, whether it involves films, Bollywood, television, or other ventures. Her victory marks not just an end to a reality show, but the beginning of a promising new chapter in the entertainment industry.
