Suniel Shetty's Heartwarming Tribute to Son Ahan & Son-in-Law KL Rahul
Suniel Shetty's 'My Suns' Post for Ahan & KL Rahul

Veteran Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty recently melted hearts on social media with a touching display of paternal pride. Taking to his Instagram, the actor shared a series of stylish monochrome pictures and clips from a photoshoot featuring his son, actor Ahan Shetty, and his son-in-law, celebrated Indian cricketer KL Rahul.

A Father's Loving Caption

In the affectionate caption accompanying the post, Suniel Shetty referred to the duo as "my suns." The actor shares two children, Ahan and Athiya Shetty, with his wife Mana Shetty. While Ahan is carving his own path in Bollywood, Athiya married KL Rahul in a beautiful ceremony in Khandala in 2023. The couple recently expanded their family, welcoming a baby girl named Evaarah in March this year.

Ahan Shetty's Rising Film Career

Both Shetty siblings have stepped into the film industry. Athiya made her acting debut in the 2015 film Hero. Ahan, on the other hand, began his career with the 2021 romantic action drama Tadap, directed by Milan Luthria and co-starring Tara Sutaria. The film was a remake of the hit Telugu movie RX 100.

Currently, Ahan Shetty is gearing up for one of his most significant projects yet. He is set to appear in the highly anticipated film Border 2, scheduled for release on 23 January 2026. Directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Bhushan Kumar, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta, the film boasts a stellar cast including Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, Medha Rana, Mona Singh, and Sonam Bajwa. Ahan will be seen portraying a Navy officer in this patriotic saga.

Upcoming Horror Project

Beyond Border 2, Ahan Shetty has another intriguing film in the pipeline. He is attached to an untitled Indian horror feature based on a real-life historical tragedy. The script is penned by Patrick Graham, known for his work in Hindi-language horror. The project is backed by Khyati Madaan's Not Out Entertainment and Prashant Gunjalkar. Described as a theatrical horror experience blending scares with romance, the film is currently in the casting stage for its female lead. The official title and director are yet to be announced.

Suniel Shetty's post not only highlights his close bond with the younger generation but also puts a spotlight on their respective journeys—Ahan's promising career in cinema and KL Rahul's established stature in international cricket, now coupled with his new role as a father.
