Raghav Juyal Reveals Heartwarming Stories from Mannat: SRK's Homely Charm & 5-Star Meals
Raghav Juyal shares behind-the-scenes stories from SRK's Mannat

Dancer and actor Raghav Juyal is currently receiving immense appreciation for his performance as Parvez in Aryan Khan's directorial debut, 'The Ba***ds of Bollywood'. Beyond his on-screen work, Juyal has now captivated fans by sharing intimate and heartwarming behind-the-scenes glimpses into his experiences at Shah Rukh Khan's legendary Bandra residence, Mannat. His stories paint a picture of a superstar's world that is surprisingly warm, humble, and filled with simple joys.

A Homely Vibe at the Iconic Mansion

In a recent interaction, Raghav Juyal described Mannat as having a very 'gharelu mahaul' (homely vibe). He particularly highlighted the linguistic harmony of the household, noting it as the only house in Bandra where both Hindi and Urdu are spoken fluently. Juyal expressed deep admiration for Gauri Khan's nurturing nature. 'Gauri mam would first ask us, 'Pehle khana kha lo (Eat first),' he recalled. He found it touching that despite their stature, the Khans were genuinely concerned about him eating on time, a gesture he associates with normal, loving households.

The actor also spoke about the aesthetic beauty of Mannat, specifically mentioning Shah Rukh Khan's personal library. 'It felt like an old library in Mussoorie. The aesthetic is very well-balanced in that space,' Juyal said, appreciating the thoughtful design curated by Gauri Khan.

Parties, Playlists, and Personal Moments with SRK

For Juyal, attending a party at Mannat feels like receiving a 'lifetime achievement award'. He shared delightful anecdotes about the atmosphere. His favourite trick is to quietly take an iPad from Suhana Khan and play only Shah Rukh Khan's songs for the entire duration of the party, preventing anyone from changing the playlist. This act eventually draws SRK himself to join the fun.

One magical moment involved the iconic song 'Chaiyya Chaiyya'. At a party where they were in a separate area with SRK, Juyal started playing the track. 'Sir looked at me and said 'Teri hansratein kam nahi hoti (Your desires never decrease)' and then he started dancing,' Juyal recounted, illustrating the easy-going and playful dynamic they share. He emphasized Shah Rukh Khan's charismatic hospitality, stating, 'Shah Rukh Khan takes care of everyone. You feel like you want to stay longer and keep listening to him.'

Luxury Meets Care: The Mannat Dining Experience

Juyal's stories beautifully contrast luxury with down-to-earth values. He revealed that while Mannat boasts 5-star chefs and can host elaborate seven-course meals, the family's approach remains simple and caring. Even in that lavish environment, Gauri Khan's primary concern is that the food should not go to waste. 'Mannat has 5-star chefs... but even in that environment Gauri Mam is like 'Khana kha lo waste ho jayega (Eat food otherwise it will get wasted),'' he shared. These basic, respectful actions left a lasting impression on him.

Raghav Juyal also expressed eternal gratitude to choreographer-director Farah Khan for introducing him to Shah Rukh Khan, a moment that clearly paved the way for these cherished experiences.
