"If you wake up in the morning and ignore your phone, get bored for an hour, sit, listen to music, go in nature, and listen to the birds, it helps you keep calm," the actress advised. This practice, she believes, sets a positive and controlled tone for the hours that follow.

Spiritual chanting forms the cornerstone of Parineeti Chopra's morning ritual. She shared that this practice helps her begin the day with peace and centeredness. Her go-to chants include the Hanuman Chalisa or "Namami Shamisham," recited as soon as she wakes up.

"That's how I like to start my day," she said, adding that a good start makes everything feel more manageable. "I feel that whatever happens in the day, positive or negative, you can control its reaction. Because you are in a good state." With a touch of humour, she described her ideal morning exit from bed: "It should be a shot of a heroine. I get out of my bed in slow motion."
