Megastar Mammootty has touched down in London, officially commencing the next and pivotal filming schedule for the highly anticipated political espionage thriller, 'Patriot'. The veteran actor's arrival was confirmed by producer Anto Joseph, who shared a video from the London International Airport on social media.
London Schedule: A Critical Phase for the Thriller
The London leg of filming is reported to be a crucial part of the production. The schedule is set to begin on October 15 and is expected to continue until mid-December. This phase marks one of the final stages of filming for the movie, with the entire production anticipated to wrap up by the end of this year.
In the shared video, Mammootty is seen stepping out of the airport with his team. The beloved actor warmly greeted fans who had gathered to welcome him, exchanging smiles and handshakes. The post was quickly flooded with affectionate comments from his admirers, with one fan declaring, "King is back," and others expressing their relief and love for 'Mammukka'.
Heartwarming Family Moment at Departure
Prior to his departure for London, a touching moment at the Chennai International Airport captured hearts. Shared by the Kerala Box Office page, a video showed Mammootty being seen off by his family. The highlight was a tender gesture from his son, popular actor-producer Dulquer Salmaan, who gave his father a gentle peck on the cheek before bidding him farewell. This emotional send-off underscored the close-knit bond within the family.

It features Mammootty, Mohanlal, Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban, Nayanthara, Revathy, Darshana Rajendran, and Zarin Shihab. The visuals are being handled by cinematographer Manush Nandan.
