Fitness trainer Vinod Channa recently discussed John's diet in an interview with Hindi Rush. He described John as "egalitarian" in his approach to food. If instructed to eat only four specific foods, John would follow that plan strictly without deviation.

Vinod explained that John avoids sugar completely. The trainer actually advises against this total elimination. He worries that accidental sugar consumption could cause John to develop a cough.

Body Now Rejects Common Vegetables

Years of intense dieting have changed how John's body reacts to food. Vinod revealed a surprising consequence. If John eats bhindi (okra) or baingan (eggplant) now, his stomach becomes upset.

"John has been dieting for so long that now if you give him baingan or bhindi, his stomach will get upset," Vinod stated. "He has not eaten this for so long. Your body adapts to that but if that thing comes in your food sometime, then body won't be able to digest it."

Remarkable Self-Control Demonstrated

Vinod shared an anecdote highlighting John's willpower. During a film shoot, a foreign princess who was John's friend visited the set. All food on the dining table disappeared. The princess told Vinod that John had eaten everything.

Vinod immediately knew this couldn't be true. "I told her I am 100 percent confident that John is not even going to touch the food," he recalled. His confidence proved correct. John maintained his dietary restrictions despite the tempting spread.

Trainer Also Addresses Shilpa Shetty Transformation

Vinod Channa also commented on another Bollywood fitness journey. He worked with Shilpa Shetty after her pregnancy. She had gained 30-35 kilograms during that time.

Vinod helped Shilpa lose all the weight within three months. She then appeared on the reality show 'Nach Baliye'. Some viewers speculated she had undergone medical surgery to achieve her transformation.

"Nobody talks about the hard work that we did," Vinod noted. "A lot of people believe it and a lot of people don't. It was a natural process." He emphasized that Shilpa's dramatic change resulted from dedicated effort rather than shortcuts.
