He describes the entertainment industry as both unpredictable and competitive. "Regardless of denials, competition, fast pace, and rivalry persist—and they should exist in life," he notes. These elements, he believes, propel individuals closer to their goals. "You will encounter significant competition and obstacles; preparedness is key. I advance while keeping up with the hustle, without neglecting family or essentials."

Akhtar advises against rushing, thinking time has expired or opportunities missed. "In career advancement, time is divine; simply keep working hard," he counsels.
