Celina Jaitly Denied Access to Kids, Claims Brainwashing

Bollywood actor Celina Jaitly has made a shocking revelation about her ongoing divorce proceedings. She claims her husband Peter Haag is denying her access to their three children. This denial persists despite a joint custody order issued by an Austrian family court.

Heartbreaking Social Media Post Details Struggle

Celina Jaitly took to her X account to share her emotional turmoil. She wrote a lengthy post describing her situation. The actor stated she lost contact with her children the day she left Austria. She moved to protect her dignity and her family.

"I am presently DENIED ANY COMMUNICATION with my 3 children & I am heartbroken!" she expressed in her post. Jaitly returned to India in October 2025. She alleged she faced years of systematic oppression and marital abuse in Austria.

Allegations of Brainwashing and Intimidation

The former Miss India winner made serious accusations against her estranged husband. She claimed there is repeated interference with her children's access to her. Jaitly alleged exposure to selective media narratives obstructs regular parent-child communication.

"Brainwashing & intimidation to compel them to say things against me," she wrote about her children. The actor emphasized she has done nothing but care for them since their birth. She even moved countries to support her husband's career.

Contentious Divorce Battle Escalates

Celina Jaitly married Austrian hotelier Peter Haag in 2011. She moved to Austria after their wedding. The couple has three sons: Winston, Viraj, and Arthur. All children currently reside in Austria with their father.

Haag reportedly sent Jaitly a divorce notice in 2025. The actor has filed a domestic violence case against him in India. Both appeared before the Andheri court on December 12 last year. Her petition seeks custody of their children and alleges financial misappropriation.

Financial and Legal Challenges Mount

Jaitly's social media post outlined multiple struggles she faces. She had to approach Indian courts simply to enter her own pre-marital property. Her husband is allegedly trying to claim this Mumbai house purchased in 2004.

The actor took a big loan to navigate her legal battles. She also claimed denial of access to her rental income in 2024. This prevented her from traveling to Dubai for her brother's legal aid. Jaitly described facing unreasonable conditions during separation talks.

"These efforts were met with demands relating to my premarital assets & unreasonable conditions," she revealed. The conditions intended to strip her of freedom and dignity even after divorce, according to her post.

Systematic Oppression Alleged

Celina Jaitly's statement highlighted what she calls systematic oppression. She mentioned being advised to work as a cleaner or supermarket employee in Austria. This advice came simply to retain joint custody of her children.

"Abuse within marriage can isolate you, silence you & make you feel invisible," she wrote. The 44-year-old actor expressed determination to fight for her rights. She remains without access to her children due to jurisdictional constraints and financial coercion.

The actor's emotional post has sparked discussions about international custody battles. It also highlights challenges faced by individuals in cross-cultural marriages. Jaitly continues her legal fight in both Austrian and Indian courts for access to her children.
