Bharath Opens Up About Early Career Hurdles and Director's Casting Doubts
Actor Bharath has candidly discussed the significant challenges he faced at the start of his career, particularly while promoting his upcoming film 'Kaalidas 2.' In a recent interview, he revealed that director Balaji Sakthivel was initially uncertain about casting him in the pivotal role for the film 'Kaadhal.' "He explained my character, but till the shoot started, he was hesitant about me because of my colour. I am a proper, urban-looking personality," Bharath said. The director reportedly struggled to envision him as a Madurai-based mechanic who needed to embody a specific local accent and demeanor.
