The complaint was directed to the Director General & Inspector General of Police (DG&IGP), the Bengaluru City Police Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central Division), the Inspector of the Cubbon Park Police Station, and the Karnataka State Women’s Commission.
