The actor, who played Major Iqbal in Aditya Dhar's directorial venture, turned the evening into a full-blown celebration.

After the film's success, Rampal decided to watch 'Dhurandhar' with his group of buddies, whom he fondly called his "Goa Gangsters" or "GG's". The outing was not just about the movie; it was followed by a delightful dinner at a restaurant named Tertullia in Panaji, making for a complete and enjoyable evening.

In a charming detail, the dessert plate served to them had 'Dhurandhar' written on it in chocolate, highlighting the theme of the night.

In an exclusive conversation with IANS, the actor shed light on the significant challenges he faced while transitioning from the world of modelling to acting.
"When I transitioned from modelling to acting, it wasn't smooth at all," Rampal revealed. He explained that modelling trains an individual in a very specific environment where the camera sounds and commands become familiar, conditioning a person to react in a particular, often rigid, way.
Recalling the moment he saw his initial film rushes for his debut movie 'Moksha', he admitted to feeling "completely stiff." He emphasized the core difference between the two professions: "Acting demands the opposite of modelling – you have to forget the camera entirely and become the character."
Rampal acknowledged that this fundamental shift in approach took considerable time and practice. He expressed gratitude towards the people in the industry who believed in him during those formative years. "I'm grateful that people believed in me, gave me opportunities, and allowed me the space to grow. Those repeated chances made all the difference," he stated.

Arjun Rampal made his acting debut in 2001 with Rajiv Rai's romantic film 'Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat'.
