Archit Kaushik Discloses Elvish Yadav Turned Down The 50 Show Invitation
Recently eliminated contestant Archit Kaushik has sparked fresh discussions about the reality show The 50 by revealing intriguing behind-the-scenes details in a candid interview. Kaushik, who was ousted after physically attacking fellow contestant Maxtern, shared that popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav was approached to join the show but chose to decline the offer.
Selection Process and Elvish Yadav's Decision
During a podcast with GXN, Archit Kaushik opened up about how contestants were shortlisted for The 50. He explained that Lovekesh Kataria was the first person from their group to receive an offer and was tasked with recommending others. Kaushik further disclosed that Elvish Yadav later received a call from the show's producers but decided not to participate. Instead, Yadav suggested some of his friends for the show.
Speaking about why Elvish declined the opportunity, Archit quoted him saying, "He won't go as a contestant now. That man is on a completely different level." Kaushik elaborated that Yadav believes the current contestants operate at a different tier, and those who think they can match his stature are mistaken in their assessment.
Subtle Dig at Prince Narula
Archit Kaushik also took a subtle jab at fellow contestant Prince Narula, who previously served as a gang leader on Roadies similar to Elvish Yadav's role. Kaushik questioned why Prince would participate as a contestant despite his established reputation, stating, "Now I'm about to do my first show, and he's saying he's already won five shows — so that clearly puts us on the same level, right? A person should maintain their own level."
Background of The 50 Show Controversies
Elvish Yadav has been a recurring topic of discussion on The 50 since its inception, primarily due to his ongoing rivalry with both Prince Narula and Maxtern. During a recent task, Maxtern publicly criticized Elvish Yadav, referencing their previous fallout. Maxtern accused Yadav of making disparaging comments about multiple reality shows and claimed that Yadav had boosted his followers by slapping him in the past.
Maxtern further alleged that Elvish runs negative PR campaigns against his enemies and frequently plays the "mummy card." He made bold statements against Yadav and his associates, labeling them as "Gawar." This confrontation escalated when Elvish Yadav's friends, Lakshay and Rachit Kaushik, charged toward Maxtern upon entering the Mahal, with Rachit physically attacking him.
The ongoing tensions and revelations from Archit Kaushik's interview continue to fuel discussions about celebrity hierarchies and contestant dynamics within reality television. The show's producers have yet to comment on these latest disclosures about the selection process and Elvish Yadav's declined invitation.
