Allu Sirish Reflects on Wedding Day and Brother Allu Arjun's Guidance
Following his beautiful wedding ceremony to Nayanika Reddy on March 6, 2026, Telugu actor Allu Sirish has opened up about the emotional highlights of the special day. In a candid conversation, he revealed the "stress-free" wisdom shared by his brother, National Award-winning superstar Allu Arjun, that helped him navigate the celebrations with grace and presence.
Brotherly Advice: Embracing Imperfection
Before the wedding festivities began, Allu Sirish received valuable guidance from his elder brother Allu Arjun. The actor explained that in their family, advice is typically not offered unless specifically requested. However, his brother made an exception for this momentous occasion.
"My father and brother believe people should experience things themselves," Sirish told Variety India. "They don't usually give advice unless asked. The one thing my brother said was that things will go wrong. Something might not go as planned. Clothes may not arrive on time or there may be delays. But don't stress about it because these are the best moments of your life."
This practical yet profound perspective helped Sirish approach his wedding day with a relaxed mindset, focusing on the joy of the experience rather than potential logistical hiccups.
Parental Inspiration: A Legacy of Love
Sirish also drew inspiration from his parents' enduring relationship. He recalled a touching story from two years ago when his parents visited Chennai to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary.
"They revisited places connected to their wedding," he shared. "Listening to their memories made me realize that even decades later I will remember this moment."
This realization prompted Sirish to make a conscious decision to be fully present during his own wedding celebrations. He implemented this by giving away his phone and consciously avoiding distraction.
"I said I didn't care about pictures. I wanted to experience everything fully," he explained. "Relatives told stories from my childhood that I didn't even remember. Those moments were surreal."
A Slow-Burn Romance: The Love Story
The actor also shared details about how he met his now-wife Nayanika Reddy. Their paths first crossed in October 2023 during the wedding celebrations of his cousin Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi.
"We started talking. It was a slow-burn romance," Sirish described. "We were hanging out as friends. There was attraction from day one, but both of us took it slow."
The couple officially began dating in October 2025. Initially, they planned to date for approximately one year before considering marriage, but their relationship progressed naturally.
"Soon, we started talking about our future and even about our children speaking Telugu at home," Sirish revealed, highlighting the organic development of their bond and shared cultural values.
The wedding ceremony itself was filled with emotional moments that Sirish will cherish for years to come. By following his brother's advice to embrace imperfections and his parents' example of lasting love, he created memories that transcend the typical wedding day stresses.
