'Saiyaara' Cast Recalls Grueling Beach Shoot
As 'Saiyaara' made its TV debut on December 20, 2025, fans began re-sharing behind-the-scenes clips, bringing back vivid memories for the film's team. One video that resurfaced highlights the immense difficulty of shooting a beach sequence.
Actress Aneet opened up about the physically demanding experience. She revealed that the sand was so hot it burned their feet. The crew would pour water on the sand before each take, but it would dry up in just two minutes. The challenge peaked during a drone shot that required the actors to run.
"I was just running when suddenly I think I tripped and fell. I was writhing there like a fish out of water," Aneet recounted. "And then Ahaan had to pick me up, and his feet were burning too. We were both fighting for our lives. That drone shot was so beautiful—we weren't running around laughing and playing; we were running while crying our eyes out."
Ahaan's First-Day Experience and Future Projects
Ahaan Panday also shared his recollection of the first day on that challenging beach set. He echoed Aneet's sentiments, describing the sheer intensity of the heat. "On the first day when we went on the set, we removed our shoes and placed our feet on the sand, and it was very, very hot. In the second I ran, and we kept running, but it was too hot," the actor stated.
The film, which has garnered a positive audience response, features an ensemble cast including Geeta Agrawal Sharma, Rajesh Kumar, Varun Badola, Shaad Randhawa, and Alam Khan, among others. The actors' revelations about the tough shoot conditions have given fans a new appreciation for the final, beautiful scenes seen on screen.
