Aparna Kaushik is a renowned architect and design visionary known for creating ultra-luxury residences across India, the UAE, and international markets. As the Founder and Design Director of Aparna Kaushik Design Group, she leads a multidisciplinary practice spanning architecture, interiors, furniture, lighting, and landscape design. Her work is distinguished by its blend of timeless elegance, functionality, craftsmanship, and contemporary sophistication.
Komal Sanghavi Vasa is an award-winning designer and the Founder of Gesamt Design. The first Indian to showcase at Salone Satellite in Milan, she has led the firm to national recognition, earning accolades including Interior Design Firm of the Year 2023, Good Homes Design Discovery Award 2024, and Bespoke Human Centric Interior Designer 2024. Her work is driven by innovation, foresight, and a human-centric approach to design.
Ravi Kewalramani is a seasoned real estate expert with over 35 years of experience, leading high-value residential and commercial transactions across Mumbai, Goa, and Dubai. Known for his global clientele and strong NRI network, his USP lies in leveraging digital influence, personalized advisory, and deep market insight to deliver seamless, trust-driven property solutions.
Padma Shri Dr Gopalan Nair Shankar is a pioneering architect and Founder-Chairman of Habitat Technology Group, renowned for his work in sustainable, low-cost housing and disaster-resilient design. A recipient of numerous national honors, he has led impactful housing initiatives across India and internationally, championing inclusive and environmentally responsible architecture.
Sussanne Khan is a celebrated interior designer and founder of The Charcoal Project, India’s pioneering luxury interior design concept store. Known for her contemporary yet timeless aesthetic, she is a regular on Architectural Digest’s AD100 list and has collaborated with leading real estate and global design brands.
Priyam Saraswat is a content creator known for exploring and showcasing unique, unconventional, and architecturally striking homes across India. Through engaging storytelling and immersive home tours, he brings distinctive living spaces and design innovations to a wide audience on digital platforms.
Anshuman Magazine is Chairman & CEO, India, South-East Asia, Middle East and Africa at CBRE. A veteran of the real estate industry, he oversees operations across 19 countries and has played a pivotal role in shaping India’s modern real estate and infrastructure landscape.
Raseel Gujral Ansal is a leading luxury designer with nearly four decades of expertise across interiors, architecture, furniture, art, and lifestyle. Founder of RGA Design and co-founder of Casa Paradox, she is known for blending bold aesthetics, artisanal craftsmanship, and Indian heritage to create distinctive luxury experiences.
The jury will evaluate nominees across parameters such as design excellence, innovation, functionality, and craftsmanship before selecting the winners.
