On December 29, he was conferred with an honorary Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) by President Droupadi Murmu during the 15th convocation of the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur (NIT-JSR). Behera stated that this recognition has instilled in him a renewed sense of duty. "The honour has given me a new responsibility," he remarked, indicating that it has strengthened his resolve to contribute more meaningfully to community welfare.

Outlining his vision on Saturday, Behera emphasized a planned approach towards sustainable societal growth. "For the sustainable growth of the society, we work in a planned way to improve the lives of the people of remote villages through CSR activities," he explained.
The company is already actively engaged in transforming infrastructure at the grassroots level. A key ongoing initiative is the transformation of five Anganwadi centres across the state. Behera confirmed that this is just the beginning, with concrete plans to increase these numbers significantly in the near future.
