Mason's Daughter Ranks 5th in Bihar Class X, Aims for NEET

Bihar Mason's Daughter Achieves Academic Excellence with 5th Rank in Class X

Shanti Nagar village in Gadhani block, Bhojpur, erupted in joyous celebration on Sunday as Nasrin Parvin, the daughter of a local mason, secured the prestigious fifth rank in the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Class X examination. Her remarkable achievement has brought immense pride and inspiration to the entire community, highlighting the power of perseverance in the face of adversity.

Overcoming Financial Hardship to Score 97.2%

Nasrin Parvin achieved an outstanding score of 486 marks out of 500, translating to an impressive 97.2%. As the daughter of Ali Hasan Mansoori, a mason with a modest income, her success challenges the notion that financial constraints can limit academic aspirations. Her mother, a heart patient, often sacrificed her own medical needs to prioritize Nasrin's education, a testament to the family's unwavering support.

In an emotional statement, Nasrin shared, "I belong to a poor family. My father is a mason with meagre income. My mother is a heart patient. She sometimes didn't buy medicines for herself but never hesitated to spend on my education. I feel sad to see her working despite her illness. But my parents, teachers and above all Allah, the Almighty gave me strength to carry on pursuing my dreams."

Aspiring to Become a Doctor and Inspire Others

Nasrin's ambitions extend beyond this achievement; she aims to crack the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and become a doctor. Her motivation stems from a personal desire to ensure that no woman suffers without proper medical treatment, as her mother has. "I want to crack the NEET exam and become a doctor so that no woman goes without proper treatment like my mother," she affirmed, surrounded by family and well-wishers.

Despite scoring 99 marks in Science and 98 in Mathematics, Nasrin expressed a slight disappointment with "only" 95 marks in Urdu, showcasing her high standards and dedication to academic excellence.

Discipline and Dedication: Keys to Success

Encouraging fellow students, Nasrin emphasized the importance of discipline in studies. She advised, "To secure a good rank in the BSEB class 10 exam, one should study regularly for 8 to 10 hours daily, come rain or sunshine. Never give up your academic dreams despite adverse circumstances." Her father watched proudly, recognizing that while he builds structures with bricks, his daughter is laying the foundation for a promising future through education.

This story serves as a powerful reminder that with determination and support, students from all backgrounds can achieve remarkable success, inspiring a new generation to pursue their dreams relentlessly.
