The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially declared the results for the CS Professional and CS Executive examinations held in December 2025. Result Declaration Schedule and Access Procedure
As per the institute's notification, the CS Professional (Syllabus 2022) results were released at 11 AM, followed by the CS Executive (Syllabus 2022) results at 2 PM. The examinations were conducted in offline mode from December 22 to December 29, 2025, at various designated centers nationwide. To check their results, candidates must follow a straightforward online process:

- Locate and click on the relevant result link for either CS Professional or CS Executive December 2025.
- Enter your roll number and other required login credentials.
- Download and save multiple copies of the scorecard for future reference.

Digital and Physical Marks Statement Distribution

To successfully clear the CS Foundation, Executive, or Professional programmes, candidates must meet specific benchmarks:
- Secure at least 40% marks in each individual paper.
- Achieve an overall aggregate score of 50% across all subjects in a single examination sitting.

Verification of Marks Process
Candidates dissatisfied with their scores can apply for verification of marks. The fee is INR 250 per subject, with applications accepted online or offline. The offline method involves:

- Filling it carefully and sending it with a demand draft to the institute's Noida office.
- Clearly marking "Application for Verification of Marks" on the envelope.
For online verification, candidates should log into their dashboard, select the verification option under the exam module, enter required details, and complete the payment. A receipt and transaction ID will be generated upon successful payment, which should be printed for records.
Next Examination Cycle Announcement
ICSI has also unveiled the schedule for the upcoming examination session. The CS Professional and Executive programme examinations for June 1 to June 7, 2026 will be held in morning sessions. Online enrolment and fee payment will commence from February 26, 2026.
Additionally, the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is scheduled from June 1 to June 4, 2026 in afternoon sessions, with registrations opening on March 1, 2026. Candidates are encouraged to plan their preparation and application schedules meticulously to align with these timelines.
