EMRS ESSE 2025 Tier-II City Intimation Slips Now Available Online

The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) has officially released the city intimation slips for candidates who have qualified for the Tier-II stage of the EMRS Staff Selection Examination (ESSE) 2025. This crucial announcement follows the declaration of the Tier-I examination results on January 31, 2026, marking the next phase in the recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions across Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS).

How to Access Your City Intimation Slip

According to the official notice dated March 3, 2026, shortlisted candidates must log in to the examination services portal using their registration number, which begins with the digits 2599, along with the password created during the initial online application submission. It is important to note that the application number should not be used for logging into the portal. The direct link to download the city intimation slip has been activated on the official platform, allowing candidates to verify their allotted examination city well in advance to facilitate proper travel planning and arrangements.

NESTS has clarified that the detailed admit card, containing specific information about the examination centre and the exact schedule, will be made available to candidates approximately two days before the examination date. This step ensures that participants have ample time to prepare and reach their designated locations without any last-minute confusion.

Tier-II Examination Schedule and Language Medium Details

The Tier-II written examination for the EMRS Recruitment 2025-26 is scheduled to be conducted over four days: March 22, 23, 24, and 25, 2026. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 7,267 vacancies across various teaching and non-teaching posts, including positions such as Principal, PGT, TGT, Female Staff Nurse, Hostel Warden, Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant, and Lab Attendant.

In a significant update regarding the examination medium, NESTS has specified that for Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Regional Language posts, the Tier-II question paper will be set in the respective regional language. For all other posts, the examination will be conducted exclusively in Hindi and English. The notice emphasizes that this arrangement is independent of the language competency or medium opted by candidates during the Tier-I examination, ensuring a fair and standardized assessment process.

Recruitment Overview and Selection Process

The EMRS Staff Selection Examination 2025 was initially notified on September 19, 2025, with the application window remaining open until October 28, 2025. The Tier-I examination was successfully held in December 2025, leading to the recent result declaration. The comprehensive selection process comprises multiple stages: a written examination, skill tests where applicable, thorough document verification, and a mandatory medical examination to ensure candidates meet all necessary criteria for the advertised positions.

This recruitment initiative is part of a broader effort to strengthen the educational infrastructure in tribal areas by appointing qualified and dedicated staff to EMRS institutions. Candidates are encouraged to regularly check the official NESTS portal for any further updates or notifications regarding the examination process.
