Examination Details and Candidate Participation

The online examination was conducted across multiple days, attracting substantial participation from aspiring candidates. According to the official announcement, a total of 9,460 candidates who appeared in the written test can now access their individual marks. The Board has facilitated this through the Online Application and Recruitment System (OARS) module available on its official website.

The Board has clarified that the marks uploaded specifically pertain to those candidates who duly appeared for the examination conducted for the notified post code. This transparency initiative allows candidates to assess their performance before proceeding to subsequent recruitment stages.

E-dossier Submission Guidelines and Timeline

The e-dossier submission process represents a critical phase in the recruitment journey. The link for uploading e-dossiers will remain active for a period of 15 days, specifically from February 27, 2026, to March 13, 2026. This window is exclusively available to candidates who fall within the zone of consideration based on their examination performance.

Required Documents: Shortlisted candidates must meticulously upload several essential documents to complete their e-dossier submission:

  • Educational certificates and mark sheets
  • Professional certificates relevant to the position
  • Caste certificate or disability certificate as applicable
  • Proof of Government service or Ex-Servicemen status documentation
  • The first page of the admit card duly signed by the examination invigilator

Important Note: Candidate eligibility will be assessed as of December 20, 2023, in strict accordance with the provisions outlined in Advertisement No. 03/2023. Failure to upload the required documents within the stipulated 15-day period will result in automatic cancellation of candidature, with no exceptions granted.

Technical Support and Contingency Measures

Recognizing potential technical challenges, the DSSSB has established a contingency protocol for candidates experiencing difficulties with the OARS module. In case of technical glitches during the e-dossier submission process, candidates are advised to report the issue promptly to the DSSSB helpdesk email address. Such reports must include supporting screenshots as evidence and should be submitted within 48 hours after the closure of the submission window.

Upon successful verification of reported technical issues, the Board will grant an additional three days to affected candidates for completing their e-dossier submission. This measure ensures fairness and accessibility throughout the recruitment process, acknowledging the importance of digital infrastructure in modern government recruitment procedures.
