NCERT Recruitment 2026: Registration Deadline Extended to January 30
The National Council of Educational Research and Training has given job seekers more time to apply for government positions. NCERT officially extended the online registration deadline for its Non-Academic recruitment drive for the 2025–26 period.

Online applications opened on December 27, 2025. They will now close on January 30, 2026, at 11:55 PM. NCERT confirmed this change through a recent notification.
The council will announce dates for admit cards, computer-based tests, skill tests, and interviews later. All updates will appear on the official NCERT website.
NCERT announced a total of 173 vacancies across India. These are non-teaching positions in three groups.
- Group A has 9 vacancies.
- Group B offers 26 positions.
- Group C includes 138 roles.
The posts cover various support and office functions. They include positions like Assistant, Clerk, Lab Assistant, and Multi-Tasking Staff. Pay levels range from Level 2 to Level 12.
