In the initial term, incoming students undergo psychometric assessments and reflection exercises, which serve as inputs for a Personal Development Plan. Collaborating with faculty, students identify two priority development areas—one functional and one behavioral. Throughout the program, students revisit their PDP to make deliberate choices regarding coursework, projects, and co-curricular activities. This process fosters a growth mindset and encourages greater ownership of learning and career trajectories, moving away from a preset MBA path.
Second Pillar: Structured Mentorship Programme
Complementing the PDP, the structured Mentorship Programme connects students with industry practitioners who offer decades of experience to guide academic and career decisions.
