Vadodara Students Achieve Remarkable Success in ICMAI December 2025 Examinations

Three talented students from Vadodara have made the city proud by securing prestigious ranks within the Top-50 at the intermediate level in the December 2025 examinations conducted by The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI). This outstanding performance highlights the academic excellence fostered in the region.

Top Performers and Their Exceptional Scores

According to the official announcement from the ICMAI Baroda chapter, the top achievers are:

  • Jainam Shah, who secured an impressive All India Rank (AIR) 8 with a remarkable score of 611 marks.
  • Aryan Kharol, who bagged AIR 28 with a commendable 570 marks.
  • Palak Padhiyar, who achieved AIR 41 with a solid 551 marks.

These results were officially declared by ICMAI on Wednesday for both the intermediate and final examinations of the December 2025 term.

Detailed Performance Analysis at the Intermediate Level

The Baroda chapter witnessed significant participation and success in the intermediate examinations. A total of 281 students appeared for Group I, out of which 44 candidates successfully cleared it, resulting in a pass percentage of 15.66%. In Group II, 21 out of 157 candidates passed, achieving a pass percentage of 13.38%.

Furthermore, 41 out of 167 students managed to clear both groups simultaneously, demonstrating comprehensive understanding and preparation. Overall, 99 students successfully completed the intermediate level, marking a notable achievement for the chapter.

Final Examination Results and New CMAs from Vadodara

At the final examination level, 32 candidates from Vadodara have qualified as new cost and management accountants (CMAs), adding to the professional workforce in the field. The performance breakdown is as follows:

  1. In Group III, 10 out of 104 students cleared the exam, recording a pass percentage of 9.62%.
  2. In Group IV, 11 out of 64 candidates passed, achieving a higher pass percentage of 17.19%.
  3. Six out of 35 candidates who appeared for both groups cleared them together, showcasing exceptional dedication.

Top Performers at the Final Level

Among the standout performers from the Baroda chapter at the final level were:

  • Murtuzaali Samlayawala with an excellent score of 443 marks.
  • Aymanben Vahora with a strong performance of 424 marks.
  • Parth Sapkal with a commendable 418 marks.
