For the Assistant Foreman (Electrical) position, candidates must hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, both approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). For the Technician (Electrician) role, applicants need to have passed Matriculation (Class 10), completed an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) course in the Electrician trade, and possess a minimum of one year of training or work experience, along with a valid permit under the Indian Electricity Rules.

Regarding age limits, the minimum age requirement is 18 years, while the maximum age is 30 years as of May 28, 2026. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates from reserved categories, including Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and others, in accordance with prevailing government rules and regulations.

Selection Process and Application Fee

The selection for these positions will be based solely on a Computer Based Test (CBT). This test will consist of objective-type questions divided into two sections: General Awareness/Aptitude and Technical Knowledge. Importantly, there will be no negative marking in the examination.
